This 37 page instructional zine details the process of Bug Pinning in an artistic context. Written and complied by Wesley Kratz-Gullickson (studio owner, teacher of Bug Pinning & Display Classes) and cross-referenced with Kane Farmer (best friend of Wesley, experience in insect collections, minor in entomology) the zine provides a detailed overview of sourcing specimens, rehydration, pinning, and display. The skills learned can be applied to a myriad of different insect orders, but Wesley has the most experience with Coleoptera.
